Mission

The Dalhousie Alumni Association works for a strong Dalhousie, building relationships between the university and its alumni.

For more than 140 years, Dalhousie has produced graduates and boasted faculty who have impressed the world with their accomplishments. The Dalhousie Alumni Association (est. 1871) recognizes some of these men and women annually with alumni awards in salute of their contributions to the Dalhousie community and beyond.

Each year, the Association honors some of these individuals with awards and special recognition at the annual dinner.  Dalhousie also welcomes back alumni to celebrate their 40th, 50th, 60th and sometimes 70th reunions! With more than 100,000 grads, Dalhousie has produced accomplished members of every endeavour.
